• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, hygiene-related products, and personalized items.

• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at help@blackyellow.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
